By the sea!

I am with my husband in one of his business trips, we have been staying in a hotel next to the beach where I can see the sea from the balcony of our room, everything here seems so amazing , a clear blue  water pool just below my feet. My doggies sleep, movies on tv, nice food what else could you ask for around Christmas season?

I have been before in nice hotels, but never in a business trip, I always thought people who always have to travel were the happiest and luckiest in the whole world but this days I have realized how far it is from the reality.
My husband works hard, sleeps late and wakes up before the sun is up, no time to see how wonderful the day will be, running all the time running with obligations and problems he has to solve, I bet he wishes the day had more hours to finish all the things he needs to do, no time to feel sick even though his neck has been bothering him for a few days, he never complains and is always humming a tune and a big smile on his face, but I can see he is tired and stressed to finish his work but most of all to do it well.

I had the chance to come with him this time, but I wonder how lonely these hotel rooms are when he is on his own, how many times he had travel in this way. I always joked and said "How lucky you must be traveling all over the world for business" He always replied "Isn't that fun to be alone!" I respect him more and how proud I am of him, for all the effort he takes to support us and give us all we need.
Today we are finally going home, it can't be compared with this posh Hotel but al least he will be able to relax more and give a bit of more peace to his mind. I understood that Home isn't just where the heart is but where can you find peace for your mind too.
